Fewer meetings, more experiments.

The Lab.

If you've landed here looking for a marketing agency with modern offices, fruit bowls at the entrance and a team of twenty people, I'm afraid you've knocked on the wrong door.

Web Lab 360 was born years ago with the idea of being a conventional agency. I put together a team of external collaborators to cover design, copywriting and social media. It worked, but over time I realized something: what truly excites me isn't managing teams or selling other people's hours, but tinkering myself.

Today, Web Lab 360 is no longer a service agency — it's become my personal lab.

It's the umbrella under which I develop my own projects: from niche websites I monetize with AdSense and affiliate marketing, to microSaaS or e-commerce like Mapness. This is where I test SEO strategies that work (and those that don't), where I try out tools and experiment with new online business models before talking about them in my newsletter.

What does this mean for you?

  1. I no longer offer “packaged” agency services. I don't manage social media or design logos. Cobbler, stick to your last.
  2. If you're looking for my professional help as a freelancer (SEO and Web Development), I'm still active, but now I work under my real name at sergiruiz.es.
  3. If you want to see the guts of what I'm cooking here, I share everything in my newsletter “Desde la Cueva” (desdelacueva.sergiruiz.es). No smoke and mirrors, just real data (the good and the bad).

In short, Web Lab 360 is the engine behind my own projects. My little corner to play the online business game and keep learning through wins and, above all, mistakes.

See you in the cave.

These are some of the projects I can show publicly. There are others that, due to strategy, confidentiality or because I prefer them to keep flying under the radar, stay in the basement as Top Secret.
